2D seismic navigation data QC

The Company has considerable experience of examining the quality of 2D seismic navigation datasets.   Using our own in-house Geo Suite software the company performs a full range of data analysis to determine the integrity of both pre-stack and post-stack positioning data.   The Geo Suite software forms the main tool used for data quality determination.

What follows is a breakdown of the processes applied by the company when assessing seismic navigation datasets.  The workflow comprises a five step approach, namely:
